I have an Ikea Henriksdal bar stool where the seat cover is showing its age. Ikea has long discontinued this line and had no suggestions on a replacement seat cover. Google to the rescue!
Bemz (https://bemz.com/) is a European company that specialises in Ikea - the website shows 21 models of just the Henriksdal line. The seat cover for the standard bar stool comes in 142 fabrics and colours. The total price including VAT and shipping was under CAD$70 - worth the price to extend the life of a perfectly good bar stool and save my time trying to find a replacement. Delivery is estimated to be about five weeks.

Bemz "From Cloth to Cover"
Bmez set an expectation that it would take a while to get the order. I got an email today that said:

I called Ikea to suggest that they refer customers looking for discontinued replacement covers to Bemz and was told that Ikea only works with approved partners. It took a bit of persuasion to convince customer service that setting up Bemz as an official partner might be a good idea, especially given Ikea's push to "Creating a positive impact through sustainability".
